So in an awesome coincidence, I accompanied some of the most talented (and fun) wedding vendors to New Orleans last week for a photo shoot. Little did we know that New Orleans would soon after become the temporary center of the universe? Who Dat?!? New Orleans is the craziest place, even on a random thursday at noon. If you long to drink all day in the street, wander in front of cars and they’ll actually stop, and hear some of the best music ever from people hanging on street corners, then N’awlins is the place for you.
Here’s the kicker… no client. no money. no real motivation other than to have a chance to work with some awesome people, and shoot some awesome footage. This was my first time shooting with the newly acquired Canon 7D, which for those of you who don’t know, is a digital SLR photo camera that also shoots HD video. Can you say kid in a candy store?
Anyway… the final video is in the works, but thought I’d give you a tiny taste of what’s in store…
